A small hello between websites.

Plot is an open idea for independently hosted personal websites that recognize each other through a public metadata file and a list of chosen neighbors.

This website carries a Plot badge, publishes plot.json, and has a Neighbors page. It needs no central account or database.

Your public card

Other websites can read your name, bio, URL, join year, and optional avatar or feed. Publish only information you want public. The badge does not verify a person’s identity.

Independent by design

You own these files and can host them wherever you choose. Your site continues to work without any central Plot service.
